The only "organ" that may experience vegistiality besides the coccyx, which already can't get more vestigial, is the organ, the Wisdom Tooth.

Gooseflesh will not go away as long as there are bullies and pandemics. Toes are here to stay no matter how we've given up being chased for a chaser and a lounge chair. Male nipples will not go away for the foreseable future since it is both on the boys and girls chromosomes. If ear muscles atrophied, I wouldn't care.

Body hair may go away. My theory is that homo-sapiens have diverged into 4 lines. The Original Flavor (Africans), the Neanderthal Flavor (Eur-Asians) and the Denisovans (Asians) and the Lost Tribe of Israel. As everyone knows, Asians are nearly hairless while Scottish men & women are hairy as brillo pads though they lose hair on their crowns.
